Born and raised in Paris, twenty-something Quentin Modat and his brother Louis have gone back to their Catalan roots. After studying business and agronomy respectively, they are the 3rd generation running Domaine Modat in Pollestres (Roussillon), continuing the work done by their father Philippe and grandfather Henri to create biodynamic and organic wines grown on gneiss (granite sand) at high altitude in the Agly valley.
